Hello, everyone. We're in the early phases of implementing this new system into our website. As we've grown, it's become necessary to get a bit more organized and this piece of software allows us to do just that. We'll now be able to accept payments online, manage support requests in a central location, create a knowledgebase to share amongst our client base, and a whole lot more.
